The Heart Beat Process

Self-Resolution through Intuitional Energy Training

 

Recently, writer, teacher, and researcher Mas Rogers has evolved the “next step,” in personal resolution work. He calls his discovery The Heart Beat Process.

Heart Beat is a systematic personal growth tool developed from the science of Energy Psychology.

This break-through technology has achieved remarkable, accelerated results with the treatment of personal afflictions such as traumatic memories, phobias, and stress disorders, all through the means of stimulating prescribed patterns of acu-points on the body by tapping them with the fingertips.

Heart Beat also employs these methods; however, the real secret of Heart Beat is to gain direct access to the intuition, and to the emotional centres of the brain, via the “back door” of the heart.

Neuro-cardiologists have recently made the striking revelation that 60-65% of the cells of the heart are actually neural cells, identical to the neural cells of the brain. The conclusions of this research demonstrate quite clearly that there is a “brain” in the heart; moreover half of this heart-intelligence is connected with the emotional brain (limbic structure) in our head, enabling a 24-hour-a-day dialogue between the heart and the brain, of which we are never aware. The implications of these facts are extraordinary.

As an independent researcher in the field of cardiology, with 5 years’ experience as teacher-consultant of Energy Psychology, Mas has been inspired by clients and fellow therapists to combine Energy Psychology with the most recent finding of cardiologists. This required a pioneering approach. As Mas recounts, “The heart is not logical as we know logic. I found that it took me a whole year to open up intuitionally and get humble enough to let my heart teach me.”

Heart Beat has evolved as a gentle method of compassionate self-enquiry, empowering us to effectively intervene in our own and others’ personal dramas with a minimum of training.

Certified Practitioners begin to teach clients to do Heart Beat for themselves within the first two sessions.

Comprised of just 4 simple steps, Heart Beat is easy to learn, and easily fits into even the busiest schedule.

Typically, the entire process takes from 5 to 15 minutes to complete.

Heart Beat is not therapy—in fact it could be called “therapy prevention,” concentrating on the preventive aspect of emotional healing.

The focus is on relief and resolution of “ordinary” problems and conflicts before trauma overwhelms us and pain becomes pathology.

The Process is remarkably effective with chronic issues such as *low self-esteem, *dismantling negative core-beliefs, and *healing the shadow.
