In the morning while drinking tea, observing the sunrise

In the Evening while drinking wine and swapping yarns with friends

While getting dressed/undressed

While eating/drinking

During toilet times

In the bath/shower

While washing dishes/drying dishes/putting dishes away

While washing/hanging/folding/putting away the laundry

While conversing on the telephone

While working at the computer

While sharing conversation with friends

At times of altercation with spouse/friends/other people

Preparing to make love/While making love

When getting distracted during meditation

While shopping

While waiting

When in a moving vehicle/airplane

When all else fails

When listening to/watching the media

While enjoying sport

While reading

Walking in the park/on the street/in a building or arcade

While exercising

When angry and upset

When happy and cruising

When you feel your patience is being tested

While thinking

On going to sleep

Just before death

While reading this now
